Joe is the Co-Owner of DRUMBA FITNESS, a position he has held for over a decade, blending his passion for fitness with his entrepreneurial expertise. Since 2014, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s development, overseeing operations, marketing, and communications, all while ensuring the growth of the business in a hybrid work environment. Prior to his current venture, Joe spent 27 years at Intuit/Lacerte Software, where he served as a Development and Support Specialist. There, he excelled in leading software and system development, conducting extensive testing in the tax preparation industry, and managing stakeholder expectations with a strong focus on quality and process-driven results. His technical expertise includes proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as various software tools like JIRA, Rally, Siebel, and SQL. Notably, Joe made significant contributions to improving software efficiency, reducing customer support calls, and enhancing usability studies, all of which contributed to the company's success in the competitive tax software market.
