Joe Scalzo

Joe's goal is to help clients align their real estate needs with their business needs through site selection, comparative lease analysis, lease versus sale analysis, and investment analysis. Joe has extensive experience negotiating a variety of complex real estate transactions, including warehousing, office space, retail, and flex assignments. Joe has a strong sense of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail while strategically finding solutions for his clients. Prior to joining the team at Neil Walter Company in 2018, Joe worked for CBRE as an Investment Analyst. Before that, Joe worked in various Corporate Finance and Strategy roles at Nordstrom, the Gap, and Boeing which provide analytical and financial acumen that has served as a differentiating asset when it comes to strategic real estate decisions. Outside of work he spends lots of time in the outdoors doing skiing, hunting, fishing, hiking, and boating.
