Joe Pearce joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston Life Science team in January 2024 bringing 15+ years of experience in advising Landlords and Tenants on making strategic and often complicated real estate decisions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joe spent 12 years at Newmark where he specialized in representing life science, manufacturing and technology companies after starting his career in Boston with Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team.
