Joe Murphy

Joe joined the team at Charlotte Real Estate services in Fall of 2019. Licensed as a real estate professional in the state of North Carolina, he currently leads the company’s leasing, property management and marketing divisions. Joe brings a strong background in equity markets to CRES having previously served as a Director, Sales & Trading for Barclays Capital in New York. At Barclay’s Joe led sales distribution into the firm’s midwest client base of hedge funds, mutual funds and investments advisors. Joe has over 20 years of operations, sales, service and marketing experience in the equity capital markets business. Prior to joining Barclays Joseph was with Lehman Brothers as Director, Middle Markets Sales. Prior to his career on Wall Street, Joseph was a New Jersey real estate professional and a licensed mortgage broker with the Cendant Corp. Joseph holds a B.A. in History from Lehigh University.
