Joe Moore

Joe Moore brings a vast career of market experience to the Seidl team. After 20 years in the building and MRO industry working as a supplier for developers, builders and Government entities, Joe shifted his career into Real Estate in 2016. Initially specializing in vacant land and spec home sales, Joe expanded into Commercial Real Estate where he continues to bring value to his clients. Joe is a former Alderman for the City of Green Bay where he served on the Redevelopment Authority gaining valuable knowledge of planning and development options, and he had a significant hand in the development of the “new” Green Bay skyline. He also served as the Chairman of the Finance committee and chaired the Joint Finance and Personnel Committee which oversees the development of the annual City Budget. In his spare time Joe spends time with his family on their hobby farm and focuses on his Thoroughbred Race Team - Silo Skyline Farms, Racing Stable.
