Joe Merrett

oe Merrett joined the MCRE team in 2020, bringing with him over two decades of experience in industrial and office commercial real estate. After completing a degree in Business Administration at the University of Winnipeg, Joe’s commercial real estate career began in 2000 when he joined CBRE as an associate vice president. His loyalty, determination, and expertise in driving interest to new markets led to him winning Rookie of the Year after barely a year on the job. Having sold over 3,500 acres of office and industrial space in the Brantford and Hamilton areas alone, Joe has the unique expertise needed for developers and users of industrial and commercial real estate looking outside the GTA, including Brantford, Hamilton, and Niagara.
