I have been a commercial agent with Long and Foster since the late 90’s and have achieved a great deal of success over that period of time. Prior to that I spent more than 30 years in private industry where I helped build a company that we eventually sold to International Paper I continue to work, even though I can retire financially, because I enjoy the business, the people I meet and the challenges it provides As the #1 Commercial Agent for Long and Foster in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014, I have many years of experience, background and training in commercial property sales and leasing as well as sales of related businesses. My work has led to a high percentage of completed transactions from the sale of large manufacturing and warehousing properties to pizza shop leasing. Most of my business emanates from referrals from former clients and fellow agents who have come to trust my abilities as well as my knowledgeable, caring and helpful approach.
