Joe Kinkopf

Joe Kinkopf is a senior vice president in Northmarq's Seattle regional office where he joined in 2023. Joe advises both private clients and small to mid-sized funds in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets. With over $400 million in completed transactions, Joe has gained an expertise in workforce housing and new construction in tertiary, secondary and suburban markets. Starting his career in 2016, Joe worked at a local brokerage firm on a top producing team. After learning from some of the most talented brokers at the firm, he began as a producer in 2018, where he quickly rose to the top and won the award for top production and sales volume in 2022. Joe graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
