Joe Kennedy

Joseph J. Kennedy attended the University of Kentucky and Wright State University focusing on Business and Marketing. Upon graduation, he joined the Kennedy Company and joined those efforts into the retail and real estate businesses. He is Vice President and Director of Operations of the Real Estate Development and Investment Firm, Kennedy Property Group. In 2013, he gained his Real Estate sales licensure and practices in the Miami Valley as a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors focusing on Commercial and Residential Sales and Leasing. He resides in Xenia, Ohio with his family. He has served in numerous capacities on local boards and organizations including the Xenia Area Chamber of Commerce and the Xenia Rotary Club.
