Joe Kelly, Vice Chairman with Newmark in the San Jose Office, focuses on leasing and sales of Office, R&D and Industrial properties throughout Silicon Valley. Joe represents institutional owners, private developers/investors and growing technology companies. Prior to brokerage, Joe began his real estate career at Catellus Development Corporation in Colorado. Joe received a bachelor’s degree in management from Metropolitan State College of Denver, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, was named School of Business Student of the Year, and was a member of the 2002 NCAA Division II National Championship basketball team.
