Joe Jusko

Joseph Jusko is a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA/North Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and a member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Mr. Jusko specializes in industrial and office sales and leasing, investments and land acquisition/disposition throughout Northern Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Throughout his career, Mr. Jusko has successfully negotiated in excess of 30 million square feet of building sales and leases and 200 acres of land sales valued in excess of $1.2 billion. Mr. Jusko is consistently ranked among the “Top Ten” performers at Lee & Associates for his sales and leasing results as both a Landlord and Tenant/Buyer/Investor representative and advisor, and was most recently recognized as a Top 4 Producer and the highest producing industrial broker in 2016. In 2014, Mr. Jusko was ranked the Top 3 Producer and highest producing industrial broker. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Jusko served as Associate Vice President for the San Fernando Valley office of Colliers Seeley. At this firm, he was responsible for industrial, investment, office and land transactions throughout Southern California and earned distinction for his performance in total sales and production.
