Joe is the Director of Leasing for Place St. Charles, the premier Class A one-million-sf office and retail building and is also the leasing agent for The Exchange Centre, a 335,000-rsf office tower, both in downtown New Orleans. Joe is a New Orleans commercial real estate veteran with 22 years of experience who has earned a reputation as a well-respected, knowledgeable, and reliable broker in the state of Louisiana and across the Gulf South. Prior to joining Corporate Realty, Joe served as the President of Audubon Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), a commercial real estate brokerage firm that he founded in 2020. He began his commercial real estate career with Max J. Derbes, Inc., where he was an office leasing specialist for 17 years who was known for going above and beyond with clients in leasing, selling, and purchasing commercial properties. As a certified commercial real estate investment advisor with a CCIM designation, Joe provides advice on significant investments in office, warehouse, multifamily, and industrial properties as well as development projects. He works with clients to guide them through sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. He has partnered with national brokerage firms on corporate service referrals and coordinated search efforts for office tenant representation and industrial development projects. Since 2013, he has been the exclusive leasing agent for The Exchange Centre at 935 Gravier St. Joe is licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation
