Joe French

Joe French joined Avison Young’s U.S. Capital Markets Group in 2017. Based in Washington DC, Mr. French’s primary responsibility is advising clients on developing and executing capital markets strategies with a focus on office, medical office, and data center assignments in DC Metro Region and across the United States. In his personal life, Mr. French is passionate about giving back to his community, serving as the President of the Junior Board for WINNERS Lacrosse and Co-Chairing the Advancement Committee for the National Links Trust’s Auxiliary Board. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. French represented his native country of Canada in the 2012 World Lacrosse Championships before playing division 1 lacrosse for the University of Virginia, where he was enrolled in the McIntire Business Institute in addition to graduating with a Bachelor of Arts.
