Joe has over 39 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and development and specializes in investment sales. He represents both buyers and sellers in IRS 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and other investment strategies. Joe’s extensive knowledge and experience also enables him to provide acquisition services for both users and developers. His excellent negotiating skills have proven invaluable to both sides of land assemblage assignments.
