Joe joined CBRE in 2022 to work with one of the firm’s top industrial teams led by Chip Wright and Dave Desper. In this role, Joe focuses on business development in the Greater Airport Area and is based out our Newport Beach office. Prior to joining CBRE, Joe worked as a corporate accounting and finance consultant with CFGI in New York City, specializing in accounting for leases as well as purchase and sale agreements. While working as a consultant, Joe assisted a wide range of both private and public clients in various industries in reviewing their lease portfolio. He worked directly with his clients to evaluate the impact leases have on their financial statements, assess lease options, and prepare lease vs. buy analysis’ so his clients could make the most informed decisions as it related to their real estate portfolio. Joe’s unique background in corporate accounting, as well as his dedication to delivering the highest quality client service, allows for a unique perspective in addressing his client’s needs and creative, comprehensive solutions that ultimately benefit his clients.
