Joe Cooley began his real estate career in 1997 while attending the University of UT where he earned dual degrees in Public Relations and Sociology. After graduating he realized the potential real estate offered him and began his full time career. His ambition and dedication to the profession led him to attain his Broker’s license and eventually open his own firm. Twelve years in the real estate industry, as an agent and broker, have given Joe the experience and knowledge necessary to become a major force in the commercial real estate industry. Specializing in the retail, land, and investment markets, Joe’s diverse background has proven extremely valuable. His unique interpersonal skills and ability to communicate allow him to feel comfortable working with landlords, tenants and investors, putting him in the position to negotiate with confidence and resolve conflicts quickly. He takes the time to understand the needs of his clients, providing them with accurate and timely information, which allows them to make the best and most informed decisions.
