Before joining SVN, Joe Connelly honed his skills through internships with renowned General Contractors in California. He subsequently embarked on a full-time role as a project engineer, where he excelled in planning, budgeting, and overseeing electrical installations for multifamily, healthcare, and industrial projects in the dynamic Chicagoland area. Joe earned a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Indiana State University studying Building Construction Management and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Joe grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Illinois and currently resides in Old Town, Chicago.
