Joe Colletti

Joe is an Executive Vice President in the JLL Philadelphia Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team. Joe focuses on portfolio and transaction management for companies with significant national and international real estate holdings, providing tenant-focused services to help companies develop real estate solutions that drive business performance. Joe is also a member of the national JLL Life Sciences Advisory Council. Serving as the single point of contact for his clients, Joe coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Strategic Consulting, Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services, and Business & Economic Incentives. This vertically integrated approach allows Joe to provide his global clients with scalable, comprehensive real estate solutions. The ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures that a client's real estate strategy is aligned with their long-term business objectives.
