Joseph Cogan joined Lee and Associates to spearhead the development of an investment sales division. With his vast inventory knowledge, experience, and relationships, he focuses on off-market sales opportunities in the retail, office, multifamily and development asset classes. The new division’s priority will be to add value to owners and investors and to be an indispensable resource to Lee and Associates. Joseph Cogan brings an unrivaled understanding of the market through his creative approach to canvasing and has experience establishing new divisions for other companies throughout his career in finance and real estate. These former companies include Town Commercial, International Properties Group, Topeka Capital Markets, Louis Capital Markets and Collins Stewart. He will use this experience to develop and expand a team that will be recognized as an industry leader.
