Due to the nature, and size of our market, we’re required to wear many hats with being knowledgeable in a variety of residential but also commercial segments. Beyond the residential segment, this has enabled me, as a Broker, to have vast experience in... - Retail, - Office, - Light Industrial, - Land Acquisitions, - Hospitality and - Multifamily & Residential real estate transactions. In addition, I have been heavily involved in dozens of Development projects in all of the abovementioned segments and currently helping manage various development projects in numerous states. I have also operated numerous small businesses while having past experience in Business Brokering.
