Joe Chancy entered the real estate business in 2008 as a residential transitioned to the commercial sector in 2013 to represent South Florida investors and developers in the acquisition of retail development parcels. Since 2015, Joe has worked with prominent shopping center developers to exclusively lease new-construction space and also represents national retailers gas & petroleum companies, national tire companies and a leading regional franchisee of quick services (fast-food) companies in the execution of their strategic South Florida growth plans. Joe’s clients benefit from his local market knowledge and experience as a Broward County native which has helped him successfully negotiate numerous retail lease transactions for landlords and tenants alike.
