Joe Buhrman
Joe specializes in commercial and rural real estate sales with a strong concentration in the brokerage of land.
Joe entered to the commercial real estate business in 2002 after selling his family business, Buhrman and Sons Inc., a retail and wholesale distributor of John Deere farm, timber, and consumer products. Joe received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Since joining Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Joe has been actively involved in sale of farm land and property for development Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and Goochland. Joe comes to Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc. with a wealth of sales and marketing experience, gained through his Partnership in Buhrman and Sons Inc., an established John Deere agriculture and consumer products business in Richmond, VA. Joe brings his well-honed marketing and sales expertise, and will focus primarily on land brokerage, both rural and development sites.
