Joe Bronson

Joe Bronson, an Executive Vice President at NAI Hiffman and a shareholder of the firm, has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. He specializes in representing private owners, tenants and investors in their commercial property needs. Over the past two decades he has provided solutions to owners and tenants including site selection, lease negotiation, lease renewals, and facility consolidation, as well as sales to both investors and users. Joe represents a variety of tenants, buyers, sellers, and developers and is consistently one of the top producers at the firm. He values relationships above all else and is proud that more than 60% of his completed transactions are through repeat business. His market expertise began with a focus in the O’Hare submarket but has expanded over the years to most of the Chicago metropolitan area. Joe has completed over 600 transactions for clients in cities across the country since 2005. Prior to joining NAI Hiffman, Joe was a Vice President at Darwin Realty, the Vice President of Operations at First Industrial Realty Trust, and served in the West Wing Press Office of the White House.
