The scope of these services include: market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, lease renewals, lease terminations and retail consulting work. Throughout his career, Joe has established a proven track record in assisting retailers with full-service, multi-market expansions. Joe proudly represents the below roster of retailers and is also assisting Jeff Bach with South Moon Under and Custom Ink’s national store rollout across the United States. Prior to joining JLL in 2017, Joe was with CBRE, Inc. for six years based in their Baltimore, MD office. Throughout his career in real estate, Joe has developed a great reputation through extensive lease negotiations on behalf of both tenants and landlords. Joe is very experienced in working with both private and institutional owners. He has the expertise to provide leasing, sales and consulting services for shopping centers, lifestyle centers, urban retail and ground-up development projects throughout Maryland.
