Joe Bollig, III, Broker, welcomed to the Pacific Properties Team Oct. 2018. Joe Bollig III is a lifetime resident of the Oregon Coast’s beautiful Bay Area. Since graduating from North Bend High School in 2005, Joe spent 14 years in grocery retail & food retail and sales services. Wanting to get out from under corporate restraints he made the leap into Real Estate in the Fall of 2018. Hitting the ground running, Joe immediately saw a niche market that was heavily under-represented: Vacant Land. While Joe provides the full spectrum of Real Estate services for both buyers and sellers – selling Residential, Multifamily, Commercial & even Business Only Representation – he quickly developed a passion for raw land sales in Coos, North Curry, Western Douglas & even parts of Lane County. This passion has made Joe not only #1 in Vacant Land transactions for 2020, #1 in Land transactions & sales for 2021, & #1 in Land transactions & sales so far in 2022 – but has also made him the locally renown Land Specialist by potential buyers & sellers, and Agents from all over the area, even other brokerages. In his free time, you can find Joe volunteering as his boys’ (Joseph IV 8 & Jase 7) Youth Baseball Coach or as a NBHS football coach (11 yrs). Joe is also a part of the City of North Bend Planning Commission, North Bend Housing Needs Analysis Committee, North Bend Economic Opportunities Analysis Committee & Coos County Board of Realtors. Heavily invested in our local community, Joe has planted his roots deep and strives to make an impact in his community however large or small.
