Joe Aycock

Joe joined Birnbaum Property Company in August 2016, bringing a decade’s worth of development and investment sales experience to the company where his primary responsibilities will be sourcing and servicing new development opportunities along with servicing tenant representation clients. Joe started his career at Grubb & Ellis with a focus on investment sales and most recently served as Vice President at Atlee Development where he specialized in the sourcing and development of healthcare real estate projects. Throughout his career thus far Joe has been directly involved in more than 1.5 million square feet of real estate transactions throughout the country. Joe is involved in a variety of both professional and community based organizations including the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, S.A.L.E For Kids and Operation Orphan.
