Jock Naponic
Jock's primary responsibilities include acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management of MORGAN's existing portfolio. Jock Naponic previously served as Executive Vice President of Originations with Bank of the Ozarks Real Estate Specialties Group, which focused on providing construction and bridge lending facilities for commercial real estate projects. During his five-year tenure with the bank, Mr. Naponic opened and managed the bank's Houston Loan Production Office and was integrally involved in the origination and financing of over $1BN in commercial real estate projects. Jock began his career at Bank of America in their real estate structured finance group, where he worked as both a commercial real estate underwriter and CMBS originations analyst. Jock graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and Accounting and received his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
