Joanne Earle

Joanne Earle joined Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic as a Research Analyst over ten years ago. Joanne is now a licensed Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent. As such, she has participated in sales and lease transactions throughout Newfoundland and Labrador for a diverse group of corporate and individual clients, primarily in the office and industrial markets. She is a detail-oriented and skilled agent who enjoys the challenges presented by the dynamic market in Newfoundland and Labrador. Joanne earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Acadia University and is a qualified paralegal. An enthusiastic traveler, she received a certificate in TESL and taught in South Korea. Her work experience has been wide-reaching geographically and is both corporate and entrepreneurial including commercial insurance underwriting, teaching English overseas, concrete repair and restoration and legal research, prior to her start in commercial real estate. Joanne is a member of several industry associations including the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Realtors, and the St. John’s Board of Trade. An active member of the community, she serves as Treasurer of the St. John’s Public Library Board.
