Jincy Jose

Jincy “Asha” Jose is the Broker/Owner of Land & Luxe Realty. She started her real estate career as an investor and was motivated to get her own license so that she could help others with the same types of transactions. She loves that her clients can fully trust her, that they feel a true partnership with her, and that she can give her full heart into every client relationship. Jincy grew up and lives in Fort Bend. In addition to being a full time Broker, she owns a local printing and promotional products business. This business, combined with her 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, make her equipped in dealing with a variety of situations. In her spare time, she loves being a mother of three and volunteers actively in the community.
