Jimmy began his real estate career in Ann Arbor, specializing in retail leasing and investment sales. Through his college years and beyond, Jimmy excelled with financial and legal institutions across the nation, including: Brunelle and Hadjikow, P.C., a securities litigation firm in New York City, Toth Baldridge Van Belkum & Felty P.C., a medical malpractice firm in Michigan, American Express Financial Advisors in Chicago, Illinois, and A.G. Edwards & Sons Investment Inc. in Michigan. With these companies, Jimmy gained the skills and experience necessary to please his clients. Since joining Colliers, Jimmy has been involved in various land acquisitions, site selections, and land assemblages, representing Idaho’s most notable land owners and developers.
