Jimmy joined Southeast Venture in 2000 and has been involved in all aspects of the brokerage and commercial real estate business including business relocation, client site selection and acquisition, improved property sales, commercial and industrial land sales, urban in-fill redevelopment, assembling and rezoning of commercial property, office and medical office leasing, retail leasing, and industrial leasing. Jimmy specializes in business relocation, client site selection and acquisition, commercial and industrial land sales, urban in-fill redevelopment, and industrial and office leasing and sales. Prior to joining Southeast Venture, from 1994 to 2000, Jimmy was a leading salesman in the Middle Tennessee region selling primarily to transportation and construction companies. He received the Million Dollar Sales Award in 1998 and 1999.
