Jimmy Kowalczyk was hired by CBRE’s Industrial Real Estate Division in July of 2018 to join the team of John Suerth and Jason Lev to help them better serve their current clients and strategically grow their business. His primary role is securing clients to aid them in developing creative real estate strategies that complement their business objectives. He focuses on advising clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial facilities. Additional responsibilities include business development, keeping up to date on market trends, financial modeling, and managing multi-market occupier relationships. Mr. Kowalczyk works in unison with John Suerth and Jason Lev, two of the Midwest’s top producing industrial real estate leaders. The team has over 40 years of combined experience, ~1,000 total transactions, over $2 billion worth of completed projects, and the experience and knowledge to tackle any project. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kowalczyk was at Mid-America Real Estate where he specialized in Tenant Representation and served on behalf of national retailers throughout the greater Chicago area including central and southern Illinois.
