Jimmy Davis

Jimmy Davis joined Bridger Properties in 2024 as Senior Vice President. With over 21 years of experience, Jimmy specializes in Retail Project Leasing and has completed over 50 ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout the Southeast. Through his extensive relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, Jimmy is responsible for growing Bridger’s Third-Party Project Leasing Services. Jimmy comes to Bridger from Sullivan Wickley, where his team leased a diverse portfolio of 4.5 million square feet of commercial property throughout the Southeast United States. Prior to Sullivan Wickley, Jimmy was with EDENS where he was responsible for leasing their Atlanta retail portfolio, totaling over 2.1 million square feet of retail. A true native of Atlanta, Jimmy is a graduate of The Lovett School (1995) and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia (1999). Jimmy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Your Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), and serves on the Board of the Milton Touchdown Club (MTC).
