As Managing Partner and Director of Property Management at Summit Commercial Brokers, I bring over 25 years of industry expertise and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM to the world of commercial real estate. My career began in Colorado in 1995, transitioning from Vail’s hospitality industry to property management in the Front Range. For over two decades, I was with Emerald Management, overseeing more than a million square feet of retail, industrial, and office properties. During my tenure, I streamlined operations, introduced innovative systems, and managed everything from hands-on property oversight to financial and office administration. In 2006, I expanded Emerald’s offerings by founding Emerald Real Estate Group (EREG), where I served as Partner and Managing Broker. EREG integrated brokerage services into the company, enabling seamless leasing, acquisitions, and development strategies. In 2020, I joined Summit Commercial Brokers to further develop my brokerage experience within a dynamic, high-growth team environment. Specializing in buyer/seller and tenant/landlord representation, I contributed to Summit’s remarkable growth, recognized by BIZ West as the second fastest-growing private company in our region, with a 137% revenue increase from 2020 to 2021. Beginning in January 2025, I will continue my leadership as Managing Partner, overseeing brokerage operations, compliance, team development, and the expansion of our commercial property management portfolio. Beyond work, I enjoy coaching youth hockey with my son, fly fishing, golfing with my wife, and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors with my family.
