Jim Wiseman

Jim Wiseman has been licensed in the State of California since 1991. In January 2004, he co-founded Sheldon Wiseman Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that, Jim was affiliated with BT Commercial Real Estate (December 1993 through December 2003). He was Managing Partner of BT Commercial’s Santa Cruz office. He has lived in Santa Cruz County since 1981. In addition to his extensive knowledge of the Santa Cruz County Commercial Real Estate market, he has had extensive training in real estate appraisal, law and finance. Prior to his real estate career Jim worked as an engineer and manager in the Electronics industry in Silicon Valley.
