Jim Wilson

Jim Wilson joined Newmark in June of 2021 as a Managing Director in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office, bringing with him over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage. During his career, Jim has represented numerous landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers both local and national where he has been involved in over $500,000,000 worth of transactions. Jim is familiar in working in many asset classes including office, medical, education, industrial, retail, and land acquisition and assemblage. Prior to joining Newmark, Jim entered the commercial real estate industry on an internship from Villanova University in 2000 at Mahoney Realty Group, Inc. in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. After graduating Villanova University in 2002, Jim joined Mahoney on a full-time basis and quickly ascended the ranks, becoming Vice President in 2006 and Senior Vice President in 2010. In addition to holding a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s license and a New Jersey Salesperson’s license, Jim is a cohost of Executive Leaders Radio and Real World Leaders. Jim resides in Gladwyne with his wife and two children.
