Jim Tsevis

Jim has over30 years of commercial real estate experience during which he has represented private and public companies, owners, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of their retail real estate assets. Throughout his career, Jim has worked at Mega Properies, Northern Realty Group, CBRE, NAI Hiffman and most recently was a partner at Arthur Brokerage Group. This gave him a wide range of experience from an urban boutique office to some of the largest commercial offices in the country. Jim has also represented a number of retail tenants with their expansion program in the Greater Chicago Market. Some of these retail tenants include BMO Harris Bank, Landry’s Restaurant Group, Panda Express, Burger King, and Blackhawk Restaurant Group, to name a few. Throughout his career Jim has brought value to his clients in everything from land acquisition, development, leasing, property management and disposition.
