Jim Towery

James Towery attended the University of Southern California, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and personal selling. After graduating in 1985, James joined his family’s business, Specialty Beverages, Inc. He grew the company tenfold in 10 years and built a trucking company for wineries throughout the State of California. In 2007, Jim sold his family’s firm and turned his attention to commercial real estate. For the last ten years, Jim has focused on selling land in the Coachella Valley as a Senior Vice President of Johnson Commercial Real Estate. Jim has sold well over $100,000,000 worth of land in our valley. Married with three daughters, Jim spends his free time playing golf and the game of squash. His focus, dedication, and tenacity have produced the results that put him in a category by himself, focusing on Land and Land Development.
