Jim Sanderson

Jim is an Associate Broker with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. His primary focus has been in the sale and acquisition of multi-family apartment buildings. He has also served as a listing agent for office and retail properties and as a leasing agent for both owners and tenants. In 2020, Jim completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. The designation curriculum provides a deep dive into investment real estate from every perspective - developer, investor, owner, and tenant. Jim brings a strong management background from both the retail and property management fields. With a keen focus on market and financial analysis, Jim has assisted his investors with finding opportunities both on and off the open market. Committed to performing every aspect of due diligence, Jim is there every step for his clients through the closing process. When not at work, Jim enjoys reading, trying new restaurants and movie night with his amazing wife Maria and their three girls.
