Jim is a well-rounded business professional with more than 20 years of diversified experience, bringing a unique combination of analytical skills, tenacity and creativity to assist clients in addressing their real estate needs. He has been active in real estate brokerage for more than ten years and has assisted in hundreds of transactions, including office leases as well as the purchase and sale of healthcare, retail, office, land and industrial properties. Prior to his career in commercial real estate brokerage, Jim managed the Fort Worth office for Resources Connection, a consulting firm spun off from Deloitte, where he managed a staff of consultants and sold outsourcing projects to Fortune 500 companies. His career also included five-year stints in both public accounting and investment banking, where he had the opportunity to hone his analytical and business evaluation skills. Jim also gained significant business experience in the healthcare sector in various Director roles with Harris Methodist Health System (now Texas Health Resources). This varied background has given Jim the unique ability to help clients evaluate real estate transactions from a broad perspective.
