Jim Randleman

Jim, a real estate broker has specialized in selling and leasing commercial real estate in the Silicon Valley since 1984. He obtained his broker license in 1997. He has completed more than 500 transactions in more than 5,000,000 square feet of space. Because every transaction is unique, Jim''s experience and knowledge base, coupled with his sharp focus and attention to detail, give his clients a tremendous advantage and assurance of a successful transaction. Besides leasing and sales, some of Jim's services include site acquisitions and dispositions, consulting services, corporate expansions and consolidations (some having multiple locations nationally), and build-to-suit projects. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies, as well as many of the smaller entrepreneurs that make up the Silicon Valley. Over the years his clients have included: Aetna Realty Investors, Principle Mutual Life Insurance, Metropolitan Life Insurance, New England Life Insurance, Renco Properties, Spieker Properties, Lincoln Property Company, Legacy Partners, Steelwave, Security Capital, Macy’s, Lanier, Orchard Supply Hardware/Sears, Hoya Corporation, On Command Video, Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Tsunami Optics, Winslow Automation,TRW, Inc., SC Solutions, California Drywall and others. Jim is a native of the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from San Jose State University in 1982 receiving a B.S. in Business Administration, (Finance/ Management), minor in Economics. He and his wife have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Jim is a member of Kiwanis International.
