Jim Pietrarosso joined the Brown Commercial Group after a successful career in the tool and die industry. His ability to vision and plan, coupled with his 20+ years of knowledge and experience of all the ins and outs of actually operating a successful industrial venture, make Jim a most treasured resource for the company’s clients and customers. He is a master at determining the profitability of a property and is gifted at finding opportunities that most people would overlook. Jim helps head up the company’s marketing efforts for both the northwest Chicago market and developing new territories both near and far. He is a native of the Chicagoland area and has developed deep relationships in multiple business arenas, allowing him to easily connect with the right person at the right time. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
