Jim Nadal

Jim is an office and industrial specialist with three decades of commercial real estate experience in the Temecula/Murrieta Valley and North San Diego market. Jim has a strong understanding of the local commercial property marketplace, and is skilled in providing clients with valuation guidance. He also assists tenants and landlords in analyzing the market and structuring transactions that create win-win situations for both parties. A leader in the office market, he has completed hundreds of office sales and leases. During his career, he has completed over 2,500 office, industrial, land and investment transactions totaling in excess of $750 million. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Jim managed national sales for a European manufacturing company.
