Jim Morris is a Senior Vice President in Colliers International’s Capital Markets Group. He specializes in the execution of investment sales, debt origination, and structured finance assignments within a fully integrated national platform. Jim has worked in the commercial real estate arena for over twenty years and has a unique resume of experience that is rare and a differentiating factor for his clients. Jim joined Colliers in 2015 after spending fourteen years at CBRE Nashville where he provided disposition services for retail investments. During that time, he managed the sale process of grocery anchored centers, power centers, regional malls, and unanchored strips throughout eleven states on behalf of both private and institutional investors and developers. Jim began his career in commercial real estate in 1999 at the Nashville office of the Trammell Crow Company. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a business degree as a marketing major and has earned the certified commercial investment member designation. Jim has lived in Nashville since 1997 and is continually recognized as a top authority in his business line.
