Jim specializes in tenant representation. Jim’s expertise is in helping companies to define their real estate requirements and then financially structure solutions that maximize flexibility and minimize occupancy costs. After 35 years of practice, he has completed more than 12 million square feet of transactions, including headquarters, build-to-suits and multi-market assignments for a client roster that comprises national and international companies alike. Jim’s industry experience extends to numerous sectors, including legal, engineering, technology, and across a wide variety of office, flex and industrial buildings, with a particular emphasis on headquarters transactions. Through his focus on comprehensive financial analysis and strategic consulting, he has developed economically sound real estate solutions for many national corporations and professional service firms. Prior to joining Newmark, Jim was an executive vice president for Savills Studley. His previous experience also includes a role as senior vice president at The Staubach Company. Jim began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse. at the University of Delaware and is a non-active Certified Public Accountant.
