Jim McFadden

Jim McFadden began his real estate career in 1986. Mr. McFadden is an Executive Director in the Long Beach office of C&W. He has represented numerous major corporations on a local, regional, national, and international basis and has completed in excess of 2,000 lease and sale transactions for major corporations and professional firms. During his career he has been named among the top producers in the United States. In addition to representing his own portfolio of clients, Mr. McFadden has managed the Orange County/ LA South Bay offices of Cushman & Wakefield and the Orange County offices of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Currently Mr. McFadden is on a team with over a 100 years commercial real estate experience and represents over 2 million square feet of Institutional listings. Mr. McFadden is on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Chapter of the NAIOP and American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). He received a Bachelors of Arts with a major in Business Economics/ Accounting from University of California at Santa Barbara.
