Jim Martin serves as assistant vice president for SVN | Chicago Commercial, specializing in the sale and leasing of hospitality related businesses and properties in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. With over ten years of experience in this sector, Martin has consummated a multitude of transactions ranging from business sales and mergers to distressed properties and Tenant representation. His vast experience as a former foodservice business owner/operator gives him a unique insight when addressing his client’s needs. Prior to joining SVN, Martin served as Senior Vice President for Kudan Group, Inc where he serviced local clients such as Hackney’s, A La Carte Entertainment, Eat well, Drink Better, The Bar One Group and No Chance Productions.
