Jim Mangassarian

Jim Mangassarian has been a Real Estate professional since 1982, beginning his career with Coldwell Banker, then Merrill Lynch (Prudential California Realty), before moving to Realty Executives in 1990.He has consistently been one of the top producers since starting his Real Estate career, and is one of the few agents to receive the President’s Club award and the Leading Edge Society in 1987.His other achievements include receiving his Broker’s license, completing his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) in 1991, his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) in 1992, and is continuing his education with his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification.Jim has Real Estate experience in Residential, Commercial, and Land, not only serving the Santa Clarita Valley, but also the San Fernando Valley. When he is not working, his hobbies include collecting trains, Department 56 houses, stamps, Disney ornaments, camping, hiking, sports, and animals, especially Arabian horses.
