Jim Lundblad

Jim brings over twenty-five years of institutional investment experience to Endura. He formed the company after nineteen years with San Antonio’s largest locally based commercial brokerage and management company. Jim started his career as an investment broker. Through the years, he rose to the position of president at REOC Partners, Ltd. The fi rm later merged with another locally owned company, and he returned to investment brokerage where he consistently led the firm in sales production. Today, Jim’s clients include institutional investors, corporate users, developers, and high net worth investors. His integrity and dedication have proven to be an attraction for his clientele, as they consistently return with new assignments. As one of the leaders and co-founders of Endura, he passes on this professionalism to the rest of this growing team.
