Jim Lovsted

Jim Lovsted leads Kidder Mathews’ asset services capabilities from the firm’s office in downtown Seattle. Jim Lovsted has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jim is directly responsible for the management, leasing, and value enhancement for a 5.5 million square foot portfolio of industrial, office, and retail properties and provides comprehensive management and leasing oversight. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jim spent ten years as a senior asset manager for Martin Smith, Inc., managing a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of institutional and private investments. He was previously vice president of SUHRCO Management, responsible for leasing, sales, and all aspects of management of a mixed-use portfolio comprising over 350,000 square feet.
